Ok can I say something here? 

1) Why are people in wheelchairs not allowed to drink? 

2) Not everyone who is in a wheelchair is paralyzed to the point they are not able to walk/stand. For a fact I know at least two people in a wheelchair who are able to walk for tiny bits and are able to stand for a short period of time.
